Os indicados ao Emmy 2024 foram anunciados pela Academia Internacional das Artes e Ciências Televisivas nesta quarta-feira (17).
A 76ª edição do evento que elege as melhores produções e atuações da TV está marcada para ocorrer em 15 de setembro de 2024. Neste ano serão premiadas produções lançadas entre 1º de junho de 2023 e 31 de maio de 2024.
Dentre as séries de comédia, “O Urso” se destaca quebrando o recorde de indicações na categoria, com 23. Já na categoria de séries dramáticas, “Xógum” lidera com 25 indicações.
As indicações foram anunciadas em uma cerimônia com transmissão ao vivo pelos vencedores do Emmy Tony Hale (“Veep” e “Arrested Development”) e Sheryl Lee Ralph (“Abott Elementary”), ao lado do presidente da Academia de Televisão, Cris Abrego.
Os nomes foram escolhidos após votação dos quase 22 mil membros votantes da Academia.
Após o Emmy 2023 ter sido realizado no início deste ano devido à greve dos atores e roteiristas de Hollywood, a premiação volta com o tradicional calendário e realiza a cerimônia no segundo semestre do ano.
